We don’t move forward until you are completely satisfied with the design.

At this stage, we create the necessary tools, such as molds or dies, for the production of your case. Depending on the complexity of the case, this process may take anywhere from a few days to several weeks. Once the tools are ready, we move forward with creating a prototype — a functional, physical version of the case that allows us to test for fit, functionality, and quality. You’ll approve the prototype before moving into full production.

This is where your custom case truly comes to life! After the prototype is created, we conduct tests to ensure it meets your specifications. If needed, we refine the prototype to ensure it functions as expected. Once you’ve reviewed and approved the prototype, we’re ready to proceed with mass production.

With the prototype approved, we move into full-scale manufacturing. Our team uses advanced machinery and skilled craftsmanship to cut, mold, sew, print, and assemble your custom case with the utmost precision. We monitor every detail of the production process to ensure the final product meets our high standards of quality and durability.

Before your custom cases are shipped, they undergo a rigorous quality control process. We inspect each case for any defects and ensure it meets all necessary requirements and industry standards. This phase ensures that your cases are ready for use and free from any potential issues.

Once production is complete and quality control is finalized, we package and ship your custom cases to you. Whether you need assistance with inventory management or just-in-time deliveries to streamline your operations, our team works with you to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment.
